Wait Times
We make every effort to see our patients promptly. Unfortunately, emergencies do arise and some patients require more extensive care than anticipated. In these instances, we will do our best to keep you informed and comfortable during your wait. Your patience is greatly appreciated
We do our best to provide accurate wait times. Please bear in mind this is only an estimate at a given moment in time. Wait times at an urgent care can be unpredictable due to the nature of services provided. When you come to an urgent care, it is usually because you are suffering from an unforeseen illness or injury. We provide a broad range of services from a simple sprain to complex lacerations so the severity of each sickness or injury differs. This variation will make some patient encounters longer than others. In general, your wait time at an urgent care facility is going to be less than an hour before being seen by a provider whereas the average emergency room patient waits over two.
