Our goal is to offer affordable cash pricing for our services. Our self pay pricing is designed to be all inclusive with no hidden “add on” fees. Any additional recomended services will be discussed prior to treatment.
OFFICE VISITS
A Basic Visit is considered a low complexity visit. Examples includes upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, strep throat and suture removals.
Pricing may include ONE of the following:
- Basic test such as urinalysis, blood glucose, or urine pregnancy test
- One dose of oral medication
- Rapid antigen testing for strep, RSV, influenza or mononucleosis
- Basic wound care
- Simple suture or staple removal
A Moderate Visit is considered a moderate complexity visit. Examples include fractures, bronchitis, asthma exacerbations, kidney infections and ear lavages.
Pricing may include ONE of the following:
- Administration of 2 or more doses of oral medications or 1 intramuscular (IM) medication
- 2 or more basic tests
- Exam with blood draw – Lab fees are additional and provided prior to any procedure
- Breathing treatment only
- Ear lavage
- X-ray with fiberglass splint if necessary. Sling included if required.
An Extensive visit is considered a high complexity vist with multiple ailments or more intensive procedures. Examples include lacerations, dehydration, joint injections and abscess.
Pricing may include ONE of the following
- Incision and drainage or laceration repair
- Biopsy (with send out)
- Foreign body removal
- Toe nail repair or removal
- Pelvic exam with Pap
- Joint injection/Aspiration/Trigger point injection
- Breathing treatment with X-ray
- Intravenous (IV) fluid hydration
Telemedicine visits are intended for consultations, common complaints such as URI or medication refills.
